GBI really appreciate the response times… I really appreciate the response times and attention to the detail of what I was needing. My podcast means a lot to me and customer service in many areas has honestly gone down the tubes. These people here are exceptional and I'm thankful.

GBTechnology great, support even better! I am just starting a podcast and went the Podbean route due to the better no cost starter (hopefully will get to a paid one as it grows!). I had a support question and not only was it answered within several hours but I had not responded that it worked and they followed up with me! If this is how they roll, I will be using them to host my paid version when that day comes!

GBThe email response upon initiating a… The email response upon initiating a support Ticket is vastly improved. Problem resolution is where it should be. Of course tech issues take a bit more time. Over all issue resolutions are not out of line with industry standards.
