I really cannot praise Natalie on the chat highly enough, i was extremely stressed out due to a deadline but she was very calm, cool and completely in control and talked me through step by step and was happy to make suggestions. I don't know if there is a better POS than Connect for Shopify but i wont change if their support is this good all the time!"

NL..:: Best POS system available ::.. We used ConnectPOS for over 5 years in for our Magento website and it has always been worked perfectly. Now we changed to a Woo commerce website and just to be sure we tested some other plugins as well but for us there's only one POS system, especially with the MSI module they have these days. The customer service to set it all up is great so we are very satisfied with ConnectPOS as our POS system, for us absolutely the worlds #1

AUGreat support and helpful staff. Great support from Mia in regards to getting set up and troubleshooting some issues I was having. She went the extra mile to ensure I had a resolution and guided me through configuring our POS. If you plan to use it on a desktop, I recommend installing the dedicated App rather than the browser-based version. It's significantly better.

GBConnectPOS is incapable causing my shop… ConnectPOS is incapable causing my shop to close when system downed. The inventory is never right because ConnectPOS can't update MSI. Sometimes, the app can't close the sale causing my customers need to take screenshots as proof of purchase. Then, we re-create the orders when the app is back to life. Today I spent 3+ hours with Hana trying to fix one problem in MSI, but their side caused a disaster that we can't use the app at all during shop hours. That means close of business until further notice.
