ESGood experience every year Since 7 years ago I started working with Telerik controls, each year has been a great experience. I do not use full potential of the different controls included in the bundle, but the used ones are great. Another key factor for Telerik is the support and help when you have doubts or problems. I totally recommend Progress Telerik for that reasons.

BGIndustry Standard Controls Telerik controls are in my opinion one of the best. Progress has them for almost all platforms and there are a variety of them. They are professionally crafted and look completely stunning. Technical support is also excellent, if you get stuck using them. All in all awesome product and service!

GB3rd Party Software Components Done Right! I've been using Telerik UI Controls for a number of years now and not only are the controls themselves extremely capable and feature rich, but their support is second to none. I have contacted them a number of times with tricky support questions and every time they give me a working solution within 24 hours. Their tech support people know their product inside out.

GBExcellent support Telerik provides a really great toolkit for UI so I don't have to spend a lot of time worrying about the user view and can focus on the backend code. Because the toolkit is so rich and deep in features, it can be a little difficult at times to figure out what and how to configure them. There are lots of examples to use, self-training modules and an active user forum that has been a great help. From those sources, I can file a help ticket. I have always gotten helpful answers. The techs are very patient too and I appreciate that. Having great support is very important and Telerik has a wealth of it.

NZTelerik support is fantastic Telerik support is fantastic. We had an issue with an older version of telerik having a vulnerability, they spent a generous amount of time helping us patch it until we were able to get the latest version. Telerik, please never drop your support level, it's what makes happy customers!
