GBGreat framework I've been working with the Kendo UI widgets for several years now. They work great, are easy to configure and use in our applications, and the support that the company provides goes above and beyond what I've seen other widget providers give for support.

GBExcellent support Telerik provides a really great toolkit for UI so I don't have to spend a lot of time worrying about the user view and can focus on the backend code. Because the toolkit is so rich and deep in features, it can be a little difficult at times to figure out what and how to configure them. There are lots of examples to use, self-training modules and an active user forum that has been a great help. From those sources, I can file a help ticket. I have always gotten helpful answers. The techs are very patient too and I appreciate that. Having great support is very important and Telerik has a wealth of it.

GB3rd Party Software Components Done Right! I've been using Telerik UI Controls for a number of years now and not only are the controls themselves extremely capable and feature rich, but their support is second to none. I have contacted them a number of times with tricky support questions and every time they give me a working solution within 24 hours. Their tech support people know their product inside out.

ILExcelent Ticket support. I give Telerik 5 starts for one thing: Ticket support. Where a Telerix engineer go ahead and solve my problem, even if it is my mistake, or give a solution in Javascript behind the use of Telerix control, it what make Telerix worth the 5 starts rate/

GBTelerik support has been excellent for… Telerik support has been excellent for us. We are currently using Telerik MVC, C# and Dapper with MS SQL Server as our backend database. The next day response is awesome. Couldn't dream of developing our web applications without Telerik. I would recommend Progress Telerik to anyone.
