For the beginners :-) At this moment, we're at the beginning with KendoUI for Vues. We've asked a few questions to the support team and have every time very good answer with explanations, code or video examples, ... and in a good timing (less than 24h). Documentation on the site is also usefull. Only the virtual classrooms are difficult. The beginner's classroom is at a higher level than we hoped for newbies in the framework webworld.

Great framework I've been working with the Kendo UI widgets for several years now. They work great, are easy to configure and use in our applications, and the support that the company provides goes above and beyond what I've seen other widget providers give for support.

3rd Party Software Components Done Right! I've been using Telerik UI Controls for a number of years now and not only are the controls themselves extremely capable and feature rich, but their support is second to none. I have contacted them a number of times with tricky support questions and every time they give me a working solution within 24 hours. Their tech support people know their product inside out.

Excelent Ticket support. I give Telerik 5 starts for one thing: Ticket support. Where a Telerix engineer go ahead and solve my problem, even if it is my mistake, or give a solution in Javascript behind the use of Telerix control, it what make Telerix worth the 5 starts rate/

Industry Standard Controls Telerik controls are in my opinion one of the best. Progress has them for almost all platforms and there are a variety of them. They are professionally crafted and look completely stunning. Technical support is also excellent, if you get stuck using them. All in all awesome product and service!
