Assistance for someone with limited computer skills I was so impressed when I booked a call for assistance and Nachman the Co Founder of BLAB called me personally. He patiently and skilfully guided me through many processes to get my BLAB page ready for action. It was a very funny and productive session with a few surprises that even Nachman hadn’t seen before 😂. My husband and I are still giggling. We've used BLAB for a few years and all… We've used BLAB for a few years and all our services were set up by a former website designer. I needed to learn how to delete services and create new one, and add a product to be purchased. Though the BLAB YouTube videos I was able to do what I needed with little to no frustration in learning. Just to make sure I did things correctly and to nix any worry, I scheduled a "hire an expert" session. Very reasonabley priced and worth every penny to alleviate any worry I had regarding my set up. I love Book Like a Boss!! I love Book Like a Boss!!! The most important things to me are the easy to follow tutorials and the excellent support and timely follow-up. Every Time I have asked a question via the support channels I have received an answer within the specified time frame. And, the answers are helpful!! They often include added tips and links to specific tutorials. Book Like a Boss has much more functionality than a typical calendar scheduling program. I can create landing pages that include scheduling and payment. Super simple. I can create coupon codes!! And now, I can use KonnectzIT to link my client sign-ups to my ConvertKit email list for quick and easy communication. (the only thing is the anacronym BLAB isn't my favorite but I can live with that)
