Declining Customer Service I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.

I have really enjoyed using Book Like A… I have really enjoyed using Book Like A Boss ever since I signed up back in June 2020. It has truly streamlined my practice and ensured efficient scheduling for sessions, discovery calls and events. I am about to launch my own business… I am about to launch my own business and looked into several different options for online bookings. Book Like a Boss was recommended to me by a business mentor in the US (I am in the UK) and I was immediately impressed by the interface which is easy and fun to use. I like how straightforward it is to make changes to my page; and the changes go live immediately with no need to wait or continually refresh the page. We've used BLAB for a few years and all… We've used BLAB for a few years and all our services were set up by a former website designer. I needed to learn how to delete services and create new one, and add a product to be purchased. Though the BLAB YouTube videos I was able to do what I needed with little to no frustration in learning. Just to make sure I did things correctly and to nix any worry, I scheduled a "hire an expert" session. Very reasonabley priced and worth every penny to alleviate any worry I had regarding my set up. I'm a great fan I'm a great fan, been with BLAB from the beginning, makes me come across as professional and love the updates. Far better than the service I used before. I notice someone didn't think customer service was good. I have always found them brilliant, highly responsive and solved any problems I've had.
