Great webinar and excellent training Great webinar and excellent training on using email sequences for follow up and helping build a stronger relationship with a prospect or client. I have really enjoyed using Book Like A… I have really enjoyed using Book Like A Boss ever since I signed up back in June 2020. It has truly streamlined my practice and ensured efficient scheduling for sessions, discovery calls and events. I love their support and YouTube channel which is always updated with helpful videos on how to use their ever-growing new features. Do yourself a favor, and check out this great software! Amazing Customer Service LOVE this software. So easy to set up, great instructional videos, has everything you need to showcase your services without the complication of a full website. And the customer service is unreal. I utilised the 15 min session with an expert, confirmed all my settings and they fixed a minor bug within hours. I work in IT and was expecting at least a 3-5 day turn around. Highly recommend!

I researched appointment platforms for weeks and THIS one is exactly what I needed! So, I’m 64 - not totally tech-unsavvy, but it’s not a breeze for me either. I spent 2 weeks researching appointment and booking software. Many were just too bare bones or with tons of features designed for teams. One had bizarre pricing and when I went to get answers had only an answer bot and no contact info. One big one with tons of features I spent days setting up my business on, only to find they were missing a key feature (couldn’t assign an online meeting room code at booking - said I needed to email a code separately and I’m holding paid groups!) It turned out that BLAB had everything I needed. They have VERY clear tutorials on everything. And if you still have a question they answered me, clearly, by email within a day. They have a responsive Facebook group for Bosses also, and take feature suggestions seriously. I liked them so much, I didn’t even wait for my trial period to be over before I officially picked a plan. It sounds like I’m gushing, but if you’ve ever wasted time as an entrepreneur trying out various software solutions and being confused and/or frustrated, you’ll understand why finding BLAB was not only a relief but a kind of gift. Heartily recommend!

Declining Customer Service I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.
