We've used BLAB for a few years and all… We've used BLAB for a few years and all our services were set up by a former website designer. I needed to learn how to delete services and create new one, and add a product to be purchased. Though the BLAB YouTube videos I was able to do what I needed with little to no frustration in learning. Just to make sure I did things correctly and to nix any worry, I scheduled a "hire an expert" session. Very reasonabley priced and worth every penny to alleviate any worry I had regarding my set up. Declining Customer Service I have used BLAB for many years and like the versatility. The platform used to get better and better but customer service has taken two days to respond, which seems the new norm across several SaaS now. Too long for my taste, but on the flip side, most of the time you won't need it as BLAB is pretty easy to navigate.

Powerful Booking Software - Easy to Customize This software is clean, easy to use and very powerful. The most important aspect of my public-facing real estate business is making it easy for people to talk to me and/or meet with me. Book Like a Boss elegantly solves this problem for me and my customers. BLAB support is top-notch and very responsive. I got all of my questions answered in short order and I already feel like an expert on this platform. My only regret is not discovering BLAB sooner!

I love Book Like a Boss!! I love Book Like a Boss!!! The most important things to me are the easy to follow tutorials and the excellent support and timely follow-up. Every Time I have asked a question via the support channels I have received an answer within the specified time frame. And, the answers are helpful!! They often include added tips and links to specific tutorials. Book Like a Boss has much more functionality than a typical calendar scheduling program. I can create landing pages that include scheduling and payment. Super simple. I can create coupon codes!! And now, I can use KonnectzIT to link my client sign-ups to my ConvertKit email list for quick and easy communication. (the only thing is the anacronym BLAB isn't my favorite but I can live with that)
