Excellent customer support Excellent customer support Simplero's support is great, period. But when you compare it to the competitors of similar platforms, their service is unmatched. This is a great platform for someone who doesn't want to get overwhelmed by the tech, but still wants to be able to have access to the tools.

Simplero is an all-in-one platform… Simplero is areat all-in-one platform which includes, email delivery, affiliate tracking, course delivery and product funnels with upsell, downsell and more. The possibilities are endless, which makes it easy to get started and a steep learning curve. The supportive community around Simplero is very helpful and the support team respond very quickly...even in my evenings when I am not sure how to create my next big idea. Another thing that makes Simplero great is that they really listen to their users, they are actively encouraging user to submit feature requests. New requests and fixes are delivered fast and with limited interruption to the live campaigns. I have worked with thousands of clients in the health space and we have switched to Simplero after struggling with so many other software.

The best invest I have done I have never done "this "before. And I m so happy and greatful how good and proffessional the support is. Now I have built up my webbsite, webbcourse and sending Newsletters, to my customers and for my free course. It,s an amazing system, the Simplero. And amazing job, the owner, Calvin has done. Yes. Simplero is excellent Simplero is excellent. It's comprehensive, great value for money, easy to use, with loads of help available. The customer service team is excellent. There's a real sense that the owner, Calvin and his team really care. Every time I think, "I wish I could... with Simplero", they seem to add functionality. I actively look forward to using Simplero - it's not just software, it's a solution to so many tasks that would otherwise be tedious and clunky.

It really does integrate everything, and does it well! It really does integrate everything! And does it well! Makes life so much easier :) You might find some limitations sometimes, but the support team is awesome, and the development team is implementing new feature requests at an incredible pace! I helped migrate a website onto this platform, and we were able to recreate the original pages (created on another platform) with ease, and they almost completely looked the same. The pricing of the service seems a bit high for me, but well... it does integrate everything... so you don't need to pay for anything else :) Hopefully when more people start using it, they can lower the price.
