The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. Reduces complexity of managing multiple products I was looking for a way to reduce the complexity of managing multiple point products needed to run my business. Most entrepreneurial offerings weren't integrated, don't "talk to each other" or require you to input information multiple times wasting valuable time.
