Maybe most important for me, their customer service and support are hands down the best I have ever experienced. They saved my company months ago because of their attention to detail. Excellent. The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. It's great to work with a company who is on your side and who wants you to succeed. It's like they are holding our hand every step of the way. Thank you Simplero, and to every one on the team.
