SO HAPPY with my choice! I have been using Simplero for a few months. It is a robust system. I can do so much with it - website, courses, products, (essentially) click funnels, email campaigns, landing pages. Apart from the software itself, the experience with the people at Simplero is what makes this awesome product, something truly special. Customer support is incredible. I have submitted approx 11,000 tickets (ok maybe not THAT many) asking how to do something or getting help figuring out why I can't get something to do what I think it's supposed to do, and the help has been quick, courteous, and so supportive. They are also always cooking up new webinars to add more value for clients. I am SO happy with my investment with this product.

Excellent customer support Excellent customer support Simplero's support is great, period. But when you compare it to the competitors of similar platforms, their service is unmatched. This is a great platform for someone who doesn't want to get overwhelmed by the tech, but still wants to be able to have access to the tools.

Dont trust this company Dont trust this company Doesn't seem legit. I was part of a course which told me to register, and I could try it for free, no strings attached. then in the end I have payed several $ for a product I have been using what so ever. I recommend you to find other options.

The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. It's great to work with a company who is on your side and who wants you to succeed. It's like they are holding our hand every step of the way. Thank you Simplero, and to every one on the team. Simplero is an all-in-one platform… Simplero is areat all-in-one platform which includes, email delivery, affiliate tracking, course delivery and product funnels with upsell, downsell and more. The possibilities are endless, which makes it easy to get started and a steep learning curve. The supportive community around Simplero is very helpful and the support team respond very quickly...even in my evenings when I am not sure how to create my next big idea. Another thing that makes Simplero great is that they really listen to their users, they are actively encouraging user to submit feature requests. New requests and fixes are delivered fast and with limited interruption to the live campaigns. I have worked with thousands of clients in the health space and we have switched to Simplero after struggling with so many other software.
