The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. It's great to work with a company who is on your side and who wants you to succeed. It's like they are holding our hand every step of the way. Thank you Simplero, and to every one on the team. Excellent customer support Excellent customer support Simplero's support is great, period. But when you compare it to the competitors of similar platforms, their service is unmatched. This is a great platform for someone who doesn't want to get overwhelmed by the tech, but still wants to be able to have access to the tools.

The products creation side of things is also impressive, I love that you can create secret prices as well as coupon prices. The customer support are also friendly, quick and reliable.
