The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. It's great to work with a company who is on your side and who wants you to succeed. It's like they are holding our hand every step of the way. Thank you Simplero, and to every one on the team. Simplero is excellent Simplero is excellent. It's comprehensive, great value for money, easy to use, with loads of help available. The customer service team is excellent. There's a real sense that the owner, Calvin and his team really care. Every time I think, "I wish I could... with Simplero", they seem to add functionality. I actively look forward to using Simplero - it's not just software, it's a solution to so many tasks that would otherwise be tedious and clunky.

Simplero is the best system i have used… Simplero is the best system i have ever used. It is a smart, highly organised and "all in one" CRM system to manage everything from a website to a marketing funnel and more. It is always improving, connects easily to other well known apps and the tech support is fantastic. Designed for intelligent entrepreneurs who wish to offer products (courses, services etc) online backed by a system that does all of the heavy lifting. Very reasonably priced too. Love it!

SO HAPPY with my choice! I have been using Simplero for a few months. It is a robust system. I can do so much with it - website, courses, products, (essentially) click funnels, email campaigns, landing pages. Apart from the software itself, the experience with the people at Simplero is what makes this awesome product, something truly special. Customer support is incredible. I have submitted approx 11,000 tickets (ok maybe not THAT many) asking how to do something or getting help figuring out why I can't get something to do what I think it's supposed to do, and the help has been quick, courteous, and so supportive. They are also always cooking up new webinars to add more value for clients. I am SO happy with my investment with this product.

The possibilities are endless, which makes it easy to get started and a steep learning curve. The supportive community around Simplero is very helpful and the support team respond very quickly...even in my evenings when I am not sure how to create my next big idea. Another thing that makes Simplero great is that they really listen to their users, they are actively encouraging user to submit feature requests. New requests and fixes are delivered fast and with limited interruption to the live campaigns. I have worked with thousands of clients in the health space and we have switched to Simplero after struggling with so many other software.
