The support team are amazing We love Simplero, it just makes everything so easy, and their team is simply fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they get back to you quickly if you get stuck on trying to do something, and sometimes they've even sent us quick little "how-to" videos that they've recorded especially for us! We are a very small, parent led organisation with very limited technical skills, yet everything is so easy, explained so well and with such fabulous support that we have been able to create our own website, run a membership site, and sell dozens of courses all from the same place. They also have the Simplero University which has easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions on virtually anything you can think of. It's great to work with a company who is on your side and who wants you to succeed. It's like they are holding our hand every step of the way. Thank you Simplero, and to every one on the team. SO HAPPY with my choice! I have been using Simplero for a few months. It is a robust system. I can do so much with it - website, courses, products, (essentially) click funnels, email campaigns, landing pages. Apart from the software itself, the experience with the people at Simplero is what makes this awesome product, something truly special. Customer support is incredible. I have submitted approx 11,000 tickets (ok maybe not THAT many) asking how to do something or getting help figuring out why I can't get something to do what I think it's supposed to do, and the help has been quick, courteous, and so supportive. They are also always cooking up new webinars to add more value for clients. I am SO happy with my investment with this product.

This program is genius! I've been with Simplero for just about a year now and I can honestly say I love it!!! The software is easy to use and can do so many things. Everything I need for my business to run efficiently like my website, courses, worksheets, client materials, invoicing, payments, video's, photo's and so much more are all in one place. Not to mention that their concierge service is run by true geniuses who can build, fix or resolve anything you can imagine!!!
