Works as advertised The download/install process worked fine, in fact so well that I ordered a second copy for another computer. I especially liked the fact that this company takes PayPal orders which gives a layer of protection against potential credit card theft.

But I have purchased from them at least 8 times now, and not once have I received a bad license or something that was not immediately 100% Authenticated with Microsoft's validation servers. Microsoft has failed but My Digital Licenses saved the day Microsoft has failed on their product with their complicated micrososft 365 accounts rules. Long story short, Microsoft produces very bad user experience with their subscription management. For some reason whatever I did, I couldn't edit and save document on my mac. My Digital Licenses support guy, called Ben took hours chatting with me via whatsapp to try and help. At the end of the day, it was microsoft's fault, but he tried everything, including remote controlling my mac and trying to fix it. Everything failed. In the end, he actually suggested forgetting that microsoft account and gave me a new license. What a customer service!

Excellent support and Service This company and Ben did everything and More that I expected. The response was quick and to the point. When I callout for HELP they responded immediately and took control and assisted with the installation. After successful installation Ben did checks to ensure everything is working properly.
