The training to get it all set up is superb and even the most non techy person can easily follow along and get it done. For those times that you do need help, the Customer support is AMAZING!!!!! Although I’m still new to Gold Star Pro and have a long way to fully transfer everything over, I’m blown away by the training, support and functionality GSP offers. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed. My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well.
