Still new to Gold Star Pro…but Wow! Although I’m still new to Gold Star Pro and have a long way to fully transfer everything over, I’m blown away by the training, support and functionality GSP offers. I can’t believe how many things this one program offers, and I’ve still only just scraped the surface. Looking forward to saying goodbye to my several other systems and run my multiple businesses in one place, and excited to see where GSP takes me.

There is a video to help you learn every feature, and if you have any issues, they are very responsive. Also, they are very proactive with the ever changing mail service provider updates. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed. My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well. I was with a previous company who offered these options but at a much higher price point. The onboarding process was very helpful in getting started using the software. It's definitely super easy for a non-technical person to use...and even if you get stuck, the technical support is swift and ensures your issue gets resolved. In my opinion, they go above and beyond and have a great passion for their product. You will not be disappointed!
