Top Notch Service. Highly Reccommend! My experience has been top notch from the moment of purchase. I chose Gold Star Pro because it has every option I was looking for at an unbeatable price. They also consistently add more functionality. I've been able to set up my funnel and welcome sequence. There is a video to help you learn every feature, and if you have any issues, they are very responsive. Also, they are very proactive with the ever changing mail service provider updates. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed. My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well. I was with a previous company who offered these options but at a much higher price point. The onboarding process was very helpful in getting started using the software. It's definitely super easy for a non-technical person to use...and even if you get stuck, the technical support is swift and ensures your issue gets resolved. In my opinion, they go above and beyond and have a great passion for their product. You will not be disappointed!

Truly excellent platform with excellent support. Highly recommend! Having used two previous sales and marketing platforms, one being one of the most well known, I have a good idea of what good (and bad!) looks like. GSP is outstanding in every comparable way, from the tech to the support to the training. Karen has a vision of GSP being the platform with the best support available and she truly aspires to this. Constantly evolving and adding new features, it has cut down on so many other subscriptions. Can’t recommend highly enough, I finally feel like I can get on and grow my business without all the tech headaches! I’m honestly so happy I made the move and the migration has been so much easier than I had anticipated, wish I’d done it sooner! The training to get it all set up is superb and even the most non techy person can easily follow along and get it done. For those times that you do need help, the Customer support is AMAZING!!!!! I've never had to wait for more than 1 minute for live chat and every support agent I've interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful I found this platform. Super for Beginners and Pros Alike! I love that this system is ready for me at my level and at my pace! There are excellent training materials for every subject, and I love that I can jump on a live zoom call and ask more questions when I can't figure out what I need to do. Excellent product!
