They also consistently add more functionality. I've been able to set up my funnel and welcome sequence. There is a video to help you learn every feature, and if you have any issues, they are very responsive. Also, they are very proactive with the ever changing mail service provider updates. They make it very easy for you to be in compliance and will walk you through personally if needed. My first impression was that Gold Star Pro as a company is well planned and executes well. I was with a previous company who offered these options but at a much higher price point. The onboarding process was very helpful in getting started using the software. It's definitely super easy for a non-technical person to use...and even if you get stuck, the technical support is swift and ensures your issue gets resolved. The training to get it all set up is superb and even the most non techy person can easily follow along and get it done. For those times that you do need help, the Customer support is AMAZING!!!!!
