There is much choice for marketing companies but none deliver the quality of service for the low price of BigMailer. BigMailer- simple, powerful and excellent support!!! Just getting started with some high volume email campaigns and so far I'm finding BigMailer to be very excellent! In comparison to MailChimp, it's equally powerful, but where MailChimp fails in its interface, BigMailer is by far much easier to use! Simple, efficient, and user friendly. BigMailer support is leading in that department too if you as me, they answer my question big or small with real answers to move forward, unlike some that use what seems like boilerplate responds or links to help docs. BigMailer's support responses are quick, to the point and detailed enough to cut out some of the back and forth that sometimes happens with other chat support platforms.

Now this is service! I had no idea how much went into this process. BigMailer really took care of me and helped me understand every step of this process. I had a bumpy start after COVID-19 left our mailing lists fallow for more than a year. Lilia especially pitched in and assisted with everything while teaching me what I needed to know.
