BigMailer- simple, powerful and excellent support!!! Just getting started with some high volume email campaigns and so far I'm finding BigMailer to be very excellent! In comparison to MailChimp, it's equally powerful, but where MailChimp fails in its interface, BigMailer is by far much easier to use! Simple, efficient, and user friendly. BigMailer support is leading in that department too if you as me, they answer my question big or small with real answers to move forward, unlike some that use what seems like boilerplate responds or links to help docs. BigMailer's support responses are quick, to the point and detailed enough to cut out some of the back and forth that sometimes happens with other chat support platforms.

Easy to use and efficient mailing platform I have been using Bigmailer since 2019, the platform is very intuitive and easy to setup to send newsletters and emails to the customers. I was positively impressed with the delivery rates and tracking. A huge plus is the possibility to send the mails via Amazon servers and use the API integrations to manage the lists of clients.
