They were quick to answer and get what… They were quick to answer and get what I needed done. Was pretty basic, copy a streaming show from beginning to end , no edits.. (for 2 shows actually) got it done fast and looks good. Only thing, and this may be the industry standard was the price (why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) , I guess 45.00 for each one so 90.00 total for 2 is normal price (FYI: got a newcomer discount so actually was 36.00 each so 72.00 ) still seems a bit high to copy a show and email it.. That being said most others charge the same I believe, Just not sure how copying a show with no other work seems a bit high .. But, I'm not there doing the work so I could be wrong.. at any rate they were fine, easy to communicate with, did the job on time , looks good and seemed like nice people.. (FYI: all done online and with email)

Will be returning as soon as I can... Hey! Reel Today was great! Recommended to me by a close friend. Though I wish the price were a bit better I'm so grateful for the SAG discount. (Transparently: I had a very small amount of footage so I just wish I could've stretched my buck more/had more footage to cut, but don't we all!) Austin and the team at ReelToday were fantastic and incredibly responsive. Being that it was my first time with the service I left out some pertinent information they needed to fulfill my order but Austin was so patient and quick to offer support should I need. Turnover time-even during the *holiday season*-was fantastic! They also gave me a separate cut option on one of scenes. SO GREAT. WILL BE RETURNING AS SOON as I have more footage!

No need to look further Austin and Reel Today did my very first professional acting reel (@#% years ago) and I've had absolutely no reason to look anywhere else since. As a matter of fact they just completed some work on my most recent reel. They are friendly, responsive, efficient, and CREATIVE. Even though we are coasts apart, dealing with Reel Today somehow seems very close and personal. Thanks guys!!!

I Couldn't Be More Pleased I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Reel Today. I'm a long time theater actor, and finally booked my first TV gig. Austin was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining how the service worked. Reel Today captured my scene for me quickly and reasonably. I'm hoping that it's the beginning of a great demo reel! I would recommend them without reservation and will definitely be back.

Excellent resource for actors Reel Today was recommended to me by someone at my agent's office. I appreciated the personal touch with a telephoned response to my emailed questions on capturing content. They pulled my content as directed and it was clean and of great quality, and only took a couple of days. The prices are affordable as well. Will definitely use again.
