(Transparently: I had a very small amount of footage so I just wish I could've stretched my buck more/had more footage to cut, but don't we all!) Austin and the team at ReelToday were fantastic and incredibly responsive. Being that it was my first time with the service I left out some pertinent information they needed to fulfill my order but Austin was so patient and quick to offer support should I need. Turnover time-even during the *holiday season*-was fantastic! They also gave me a separate cut option on one of scenes. SO GREAT. WILL BE RETURNING AS SOON as I have more footage!

They were quick to answer and get what… They were quick to answer and get what I needed done. Was pretty basic, copy a streaming show from beginning to end , no edits.. (for 2 shows actually) got it done fast and looks good. Only thing, and this may be the industry standard was the price (why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) , I guess 45.00 for each one so 90.00 total for 2 is normal price (FYI: got a newcomer discount so actually was 36.00 each so 72.00 ) still seems a bit high to copy a show and email it.. That being said most others charge the same I believe, Just not sure how copying a show with no other work seems a bit high .. But, I'm not there doing the work so I could be wrong.. at any rate they were fine, easy to communicate with, did the job on time , looks good and seemed like nice people.. (FYI: all done online and with email)
