Customer service is on point I just started up. The process can be confusing but customer service is fabulous. Quick to respond and willing to do video call as well if you are really stuck. Super excited to start receiving these packages.

Great customer service … Had a hard time getting the account setup. Gigi, was excellent with doing a video chat and walking me through it. I was almost ready to cancel my subscription until she worked with me until my account got verified. So very excited to start getting products. Thanks for the amazing customer service and your time.

Great customer service I entered one of the key parts of setting up correctly and couldn't figure out how to fix it, sent message for assistance it said it was out of normal hours. Just got a message back from them that walked me through and they followed up with me. Very helpful
