USGreat customer service … Had a hard time getting the account setup. Gigi, was excellent with doing a video chat and walking me through it. I was almost ready to cancel my subscription until she worked with me until my account got verified. So very excited to start getting products. Thanks for the amazing customer service and your time.

USSometimes you get really cool freebies. Sometimes you get really cool freebies, and sometimes, with the discounted items, you get offered the same item(s) over and over, no matter how many times you decline it. It's a bit of a crap shoot, but mostly it still feels worth the cost.

USCustomer service is on point I just started up. The process can be confusing but customer service is fabulous. Quick to respond and willing to do video call as well if you are really stuck. Super excited to start receiving these packages.
