GBGreat customer service I entered one of the key parts of setting up correctly and couldn't figure out how to fix it, sent message for assistance it said it was out of normal hours. Just got a message back from them that walked me through and they followed up with me. Very helpful

GBAmazing customer service and quality items!!! Between their helpful customer service to the products they hook you up with is stellar! Any issue I’ve had I know I can trust their customer service, they are extremely prompt and professional. A recent issue I had with reconnecting my account went smooth and was resolved. The products I’ve been sent was like having a professional gift assistant lol. Any items I haven’t been able to use I’ve easily gifted to other or taken to my local food bank(they have houseware items.) The monthly subscription is a great value considering the amount and quality you receive.

GBMe and Best friend signed up same day… Me and Best friend signed up same day and she gets stuff literally everyday and most days get 2 things in 1 day. I on the other hand maybe something every other week. Little upsetting.

GBGreat customer service … Had a hard time getting the account setup. Gigi, was excellent with doing a video chat and walking me through it. I was almost ready to cancel my subscription until she worked with me until my account got verified. So very excited to start getting products. Thanks for the amazing customer service and your time.
