Opt for something serious, not this one 1. Refund policy is not clear. 2. Customer service is awful, they intentionally skip harder questions. 3. Video posts often fail to publish. Edit: It's been one month since I cancelled my subscription and I got a confirmation of cancellation from Post Planner and they STILL charged my card today. So awful, so unprofessional, so frustrating. Currently waiting for how they handle the refund request.

Getting an Unfair advantage I have been using Post Planner for several years now for my company page. It was a key component in exploding my page's engagement and growth in the days when Facebook still favoured pages in their algorithm. Things on Facebook are more competitive nowadays but nevertheless Postplanner still routinely assists in getting my updates in front of 500k each month sometimes peaking at over 1 million.
