Opt for something serious, not this one 1. Refund policy is not clear. 2. Customer service is awful, they intentionally skip harder questions. 3. Video posts often fail to publish. Edit: It's been one month since I cancelled my subscription and I got a confirmation of cancellation from Post Planner and they STILL charged my card today. So awful, so unprofessional, so frustrating. Currently waiting for how they handle the refund request.
