I just didn't feel comfortable it that it was right and that it had been received and processes and that I would receive new passports in 6 weeks. I'm still waiting.

I feel that you charge way too much just to fill out paperwork which you are actually typing yourself. All they are supplying is the actual application but it was easy step-by-step but you guys need to do something about your price this way too high.
