Prior to using uscreen, we had a homegrown system which was very clunky and high touch. Then we went to Vimeo ondemand for 2 years. When we saw the capabilities of uscreen, we migrated to their platform with such ease because of the uscreen migration capabilities. We love the content management console and the visual layout of the video streaming library. Our subscriber base is 70+, so ease of use and intuitiveness is key to keeping our customers happy!

Our past provider PivotShare had become a defunct product with near zero customer support, no transparency on subscriber data and unhelpful beyond belief. UScreen could not be be more different and a breath of fresh air. Subscriber data and activity is very clear, and the viewer experience is very good.

This has been essential as I don't want my end user having to wait for my response. It's meant my customer service can remain at a high level. I also love how easy it was to set up and get going at the start, then add additional services as I've developed.
