Customer support is excellent Customer support is excellent - always fast, proactive and followed up. The complete service isn't cheap, but if you're serious about business, you'll know that paying good money means you enable good systems. I have been with Uscreen for over 3 years. Sure there are possible improvements, but they have the fundamentals right and keep developing. So I can focus entirely on making the right videos, and grow, with a team I feel is behind me and trying to make me succeed.

Constant spam emails I have never signed up or used Uscreen but I've been getting constant emails from multiple different Uscreen accounts, saying my subscription hasn't gone through. Stop emailing me spam! I've never used your service.

Can't Recommend Enough I did a lot of research on which hosting platform I wanted to use before diving in with UScreen. I'm happy to report I have had solely positive experiences with UScreen. I am genuinely impressed by both the product and it's continuous evolution. Each new feature gets me inspired to try something new and grow my online business. I've always been super happy with my customer success experience. They are incredibly helpful anytime I have a questions or problem big or small.

Great platform and support! Unfortunately, our salsa school has been closed for the past 12 months because of the pandemic. Thanks to Uscreen, we have been able to digitalize our classes, monetizing our VOD content and we plan to offer live events in the future. This allowed us to save the jobs in our school, and keep up the salsa spirit through these complicated times.
