Great and helpful tool The tool is very helpful and intuitively easy to use. I'm very happy with the smooth integration with our current CRM. Outplay is worth its costs for sure. I have one remark regarding leads/accounts search feature, which is not user-friendly and takes more time than their competitors in comparison. I also faced several technical issues, that made me spend some time resolving them, but customer support help is brilliant and all my inquiries were considered immediately.

Easy to use outreach solution Great product that lets us run our cadences seamlessly. Outplay love to rollout a lot of new features weekly and even address minor concerns or requests that their users ask for. Really really really impressed with their CS team and their speedy response. All in all a great, easy-to-use sales tool that is highly recommended.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. Tried cancelling our accounts with them due to added automation on our CRM meaning we no longer used the service. They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.

Switched from another tool and never looked back I came from a similar tool that I worked with for the past year. I must say that Outplay does provide one of the best value for money on the market, their support team is top notch, tools is easy to use and one even without experience can handle the environment effortlessly. Even if you get stuck, the team is there to jump in and lead you through the journey so you will end your task successfully. Highly recommend it to everyone looking for e-mail automating tool
