GBOutplay is worth a look! When I first saw Outplay, I was very skeptical and unsure if their solution could meet my requirements. I decided to fund a license out of my pocket to pilot the solution before going to my management team to ask for more licensing. Not only was I impressed, but I also got excited. I have used SalesLoft and Outreach, and while they are reasonable solutions, they lack the support and customer care to warrant their hefty prices. I opted to scale my use and fund licenses for my entire SDR team. The support with my minimal issues has been great (less than 24 resolution time), AND their feature request tracking is excellent! In fact, since leveraging this great solution, they have implemented two new features in which I had input! Outplay gets it -- Listen to and understand your buyer. I am a happy CMO and glad I went with Outplay!

GBbest customer experience cannot beat the customer service response times. I have often reached out to clarify an issue or ask for a request and the response time is instant. With other platforms you could be waiting days...

GBGreat Software + Unparalleled CS This tool is extremely valuable. But what I like best are the super helpful "how to articles" and the super fast customer support that helps me resolve all issues wicked fast. Another perk is that Outplay let's me pay month-to-month, which is great for my start up where my license numbers are fluctuating regularly. This way I don't pay for un-used licenses.

INOutplay - "The Best" We have been using tools like Outreach, Reply.io, and a few other tools for sales outreach. We then purchased OutplayHQ. We couldn’t have been happier. Their support team is so awesome that it’s superior to some of the enterprise software products we purchased for more than $30K to $50K per year. They’re super helpful, and will even go out of their call of duty to make sure you’re super successful. They have also been continuously improving their product. In the last 2 years since I started using their product, they have added dozens of new features, and several integrations. For instance, we use Hubspot for marketing automation. It integrates seamlessly with Hubspot, and keep things sync’ed well. Overall, I would give them a A+, and I wish I could rate them higher. Keep up the good work, Outplay team.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. Tried cancelling our accounts with them due to added automation on our CRM meaning we no longer used the service. They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.
