CASuper easy to set up and use Super easy to set up and use - workflows are pretty flexible and intuitive. The Outplay team is great - super responsive and helps troubleshoot. Often problems are user errors with inclusion/exclusion filters i have found. Reporting could be more customizable but no big miss to worry about especially if you are like us and dashboard activity from all sources out of CRM and data warehouse anyway, and it logs activity to the correct systems for reporting there perfectly.

ILEasy to use outreach solution Great product that lets us run our cadences seamlessly. Outplay love to rollout a lot of new features weekly and even address minor concerns or requests that their users ask for. Really really really impressed with their CS team and their speedy response. All in all a great, easy-to-use sales tool that is highly recommended.

GB4 Reasons Outplay is Better Than the Competition Outplay is one of the better cold outreach platforms I've used. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has a ton of features. With the power dialer integration, they make cold outreach easy to do both by phone and by email, as well as including a button to reach out via LinkedIn & Twitter, too. The team is also highly responsive, normally replying within just 3 to 5 minutes if help is needed. They've been a great addition to my business, and I'm glad to have chosen them over more expensive alternatives.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. Tried cancelling our accounts with them due to added automation on our CRM meaning we no longer used the service. They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.
