GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. Tried cancelling our accounts with them due to added automation on our CRM meaning we no longer used the service. They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.

Outplay love to rollout a lot of new features weekly and even address minor concerns or requests that their users ask for. Really really really impressed with their CS team and their speedy response. All in all a great, easy-to-use sales tool that is highly recommended.
