Dealcheck is amazing Dealcheck is amazing. I've used it off and on for a number of years. We're looking at buying a property again and I've been adding in prospective properties to assess them. It would be useful if I could track key dates and optionally receive notifications, e.g. when the property was first listed, when the auction will be held, when the Sale will be closed, etc.
