Coming from a pricey BiggerPockets Pro membership, this app hits the nail right on the head. DealCheck provides more analytical tools and metrics for analyzing complex deals. Also, the ability to import property info directly from places like Realtor.com is the cherry on top. Kudos to DealCheck and their development team! I found this app quite by accident but… I found this app quite by accident but it was a great discovery! It makes deal analysis so much easier. The creators have thought through every aspect of real estate investing and applied the costs and avenues of income into this app. Love it!
