They offer the ability to analyze a property using any one of the common investment strategies. Their reporting feature saves me time and energy, and ultimately let’s me see more deals more accurately.

I found this app quite by accident but… I found this app quite by accident but it was a great discovery! It makes deal analysis so much easier. The creators have thought through every aspect of real estate investing and applied the costs and avenues of income into this app. Love it!

Great app! Taking the first step and buying your first investment property can be intimidating. It is no easy task for most people to build the confidence to leave the research/learning stage and enter the action stage. DealCheck is a great application that gave me that level of comfort as a first-time investor.
