Coming from a pricey BiggerPockets Pro membership, this app hits the nail right on the head. DealCheck provides more analytical tools and metrics for analyzing complex deals. Also, the ability to import property info directly from places like Realtor.com is the cherry on top. Kudos to DealCheck and their development team! I look forward to analyzing many deals in the months ahead!

Great app! Taking the first step and buying your first investment property can be intimidating.
