Serverpress Customer Service A++++++!! Great experience with serverpress. I got the premium version and was having trouble with install. Greg took the time to walk me through the process, even logged into my machine to troubleshoot issues I was having due to a duel install of xampp, he got me up and running and even took the time to explain additional plugins and their functionality. He helped me so much and really set my day in the right direction!!

Does not work as described on their… Does not work as described on their website. There is no mention of it not working with Child themes either. Trying to contact the developer is next to impossible. His videos on Youtube refer to him as Stephen Carroll, but his website (steveorevo DOT com) lists him as Stephen J. Carnam. Unable to access their website from the country I am currently living in and have to do everything via proxy or vpn. I am currently awaiting their response. If the response time is inadequate or the program does not meet my requirements, I will have my money refunded.

Been in the web development industry… Been in the web development industry for 19 years. I have yet to find a company with better support than ServerPress. They go way beyond what is in their scope of work to get you going.
