USGreat customer service After randomly using my deeper for over 2 years suddenly didn't want to charge. I was ready to cut it open to check the battery but before that I contacted customer service even out of warranty. Without any hassle they helped me recover my deeper! Glad I didn't cut it open. They do stay behind their product and are here to help. Thank you Deeper!

USExcellent Customer Service I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent

GBDeeper UAB cannot fault. Contacted as battery kept going flat quickly. Emailed and received return email within hours. Requested new battery. Deeper collected repaired and returned within a couple of weeks over the Christmas - New Year. Excellent communication and service. Would Highly recommend.
