Extremely helpful chat support and great products I have purchased so many plugins from Pixelfilm I could probably own stock in the company. Today I had a problem with an entire batch of plugins I recently purchased (red screen of death). So I used the chat support and was easily and quickly in touch with an agent who was extremely helpful and patient. With a few screenshots, some software downloads, and some re-installs, I was up and running in no time! Word of advice - download the free installer! I didn't even know that existed and it makes everything so much easier. :)

Plugins weren't working anymore I was having trouble with many of my plugins expiring or not working. I was gettin the RED SCREEN OF DEATH! I tapped the help button, explained the problem. the person on the other end sent me a link. I downloaded it, ran it and it fixed EVERYTHING!! Thank you for your quick and accurate help!

Easy money trip Well, to be honest, I love PFS. The only drawback for me is buying to many apps at once and then having to explain them to my wife because she saw the bank account. My work is a lot easier because of PFS. I love that they have taken away all the hard work. Just buy, install, complete the project, and get paid...$$$. I love it, and thanks.

False marketing, no free update soon (more than a year after) Hi, I bought the FCPX Maps 1.1 over a year ago, thinking an apple silicon version would still be available, because it says "Free Update Coming Soon for Apple Silicon" but now more than a year later, there is still no update. That is false marketing. They will not give me my money back, but insists I should buy something else on their site, which I don't need

with the variety of plugins here I have… with the variety of plugins here I have been able to bring my vision in my videos to life. There's so many different options, I get bored extremely fast so having the ability to switch it up as much as I want has been a game changer. Being creative can become overwhelming but pixel film has made my experience great, always. The chat agents are always so kind, respectful, patient and helpful. Happy to be a valued customer here (:
