First class serve from Pixel Film Studios I was really stuck installing some of the amazing plug ins on Final Cut Pro on my mac, but after online help from Chloe on the Pixel Films Studios helpline, everything has been resolved and I am now up and running once again! I had trouble with the shape tracker… I had trouble with the shape tracker and auto tracker plug in. I depend heavily on these for real estate work. Contacted customer support via chat and was able to walk through a series of steps and reinstalling, and was Abel to get it working. Support team was very patient and knowledgable. Thanks you

Technical Support Issue Solved In Minutes Just had a technical support issue. PFS got back to me in minutes, walked me through the procedure to solve the problem and now all is good. I had spent a hour trying to solve the problem as I am not inexperienced with FCPX issues and Macs. however, their support is very specific and professional. So fast too.

Great company with a large selection of… Great company with a large selection of useful and creative plugins for FCPX. The plugins that I have used help to make my clips more cinematic and add interest. Many of the plugins are designed to allow me to make edits similar to big-time movies. Most are very simple to use but some are a little difficult for me to get the results that are shown in the previews of the plugins. The introductory examples are very quick. A detailed and slow tutorial that shows the basics would help me to get the most out of the plugin. Also,perhaps showing other people's short clips and a list of plugins they used would be interesting
