GBTechnical Support Issue Solved In Minutes Just had a technical support issue. PFS got back to me in minutes, walked me through the procedure to solve the problem and now all is good. I had spent a hour trying to solve the problem as I am not inexperienced with FCPX issues and Macs. however, their support is very specific and professional. So fast too.

DKFalse marketing, no free update soon (more than a year after) Hi, I bought the FCPX Maps 1.1 over a year ago, thinking an apple silicon version would still be available, because it says "Free Update Coming Soon for Apple Silicon" but now more than a year later, there is still no update. That is false marketing. They will not give me my money back, but insists I should buy something else on their site, which I don't need

GBI ordered 3 Products from Pixel Film… I ordered 3 Products from Pixel Film Studio's that I feel will bring Value to my small Quinceanera Photography Business, I have also made two tickets for live assistance to which the waiting was zilch! prompt assistance and walked me through step by step to fix the issue which was on my end. Cannot say enough about Pixel Film Studio's follow-through in service!

DEThey are cheaters They are cheaters, send you Email with 50% Discount e.g. instead of $39,99 only today $19,99 and when you click to go to the Shop the price is $39,99 instead of $59,99. This you can expect with all their Marketing E-Mails, that they send you a price which is double on their Website, even If you click Seconds after obtaining the Email. This is cheapest bull s**t. If you cannot trust their E-Mails, how can you Trust their software? Sorry Guys, but your reply is nothing but the ongoing Marketing fraud. I am replying to your Marketing E-Mails the Seconds I get them and even though I try to get to the payment , the app-price remains Double so high then it is offered in the Email. I sent you already an e-mail complaining about this "issue", but got no reply on it. The moment I came to Trustpilot, I suddently got you awake...
