Extremely helpful chat support and great products I have purchased so many plugins from Pixelfilm I could probably own stock in the company. Today I had a problem with an entire batch of plugins I recently purchased (red screen of death). So I used the chat support and was easily and quickly in touch with an agent who was extremely helpful and patient. With a few screenshots, some software downloads, and some re-installs, I was up and running in no time! Word of advice - download the free installer! I didn't even know that existed and it makes everything so much easier. :)

Plugins weren't working anymore I was having trouble with many of my plugins expiring or not working. I was gettin the RED SCREEN OF DEATH! with the variety of plugins here I have… with the variety of plugins here I have been able to bring my vision in my videos to life. There's so many different options, I get bored extremely fast so having the ability to switch it up as much as I want has been a game changer.
