USELESS FORMAT!!! I’m disabled and have been trying to apply for various disabled passes online and somewhere along the line my jpg images have been automatically converted to heic format!!! I find daily living hard enough without this rubbish being thrown at me!!! Not one of the sites I am making applications through recognise this format!!! Talk about beckon livid!!! What is wrong with you people!!! 😡😡😡😡 Yours Half paralysed and blind 😡😡😡😡
