Rather trash service Rather trash service. Uploaded several .heic and had them converted. Upon downloading the .zip of the converted images, it only contained 1 file instead of 99.

USELESS FORMAT!!! I’m disabled and have been trying to apply for various disabled passes online and somewhere along the line my jpg images have been automatically converted to heic format!!! I find daily living hard enough without this rubbish being thrown at me!!! Not one of the sites I am making applications through recognise this format!!! Talk about beckon livid!!!
