Great customer service and response quality I was really well looked after by Iona who helped me boost my survey using tips and tricks as well as survey swap services. I was able to get 400 response in a short about of time. Such good customer service and quality of responses! Highly recommend

This is one of the best platforms for… This is one of the best platforms for publishing a survey and getting respondents for the same. The only issue is sometimes we only get to know the code after completing the survey and finding that there is no code. But good thing is that we still get the promised credits.

If I could If I could, I would give it a zero. Customer Service simply does not exist. I wrote them several emails and they never get back to me. Furthermore, a complete waste of money and time. It's been 2 days my survey is online under BOOST and I collect 2 respondents. Really disappointed, do not use this "service"
