Great customer service and response quality I was really well looked after by Iona who helped me boost my survey using tips and tricks as well as survey swap services. I was able to get 400 response in a short about of time. Such good customer service and quality of responses! Highly recommend

WARNING of terrible service I highly doubt the veracity of these comments that is saying how useful this website is, because my experiences with SurveySwap is totally opposite and absolutely awful. I bought credits and even doubled the credits to boost the number of responses. However, I received no response at all! I wanna request a refund and sent an email to them, and received no response! Then I surprisingly found out that no live chat is available, not even an email address that is posted on their website. I can only find the email address under the comment here!

Great support great experience Ioana was fantastic from start to finish. Helping to make sure my survey was correct and giving feedback. My results took a while to get going however soon ramped up with the support of the team. A huge thank you, I'd happily use them again.
