Finally they kept their word. Happy for their timely help I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. Thanks a lot chronic unlocks team. I would recommend your service to others.

Be prepared to wait for iCloud removal. The company and Will are great and extremely polite. However their iCloud removal service took an extremely long time to the point where I just decided to send Apple the invoice instead and have it removed rather than wait any longer. Didn't take long to get a refund, which was cool. Don't let the iCloud issue affect how you view Chronic Unlocks though, every other unlocking service they provide is legit and works without issue :)

Best Service Around After reading negative reviews on this platform ,To be honest i was very skeptical on using chronic Unlock. But after i paid for Unlocking iPhone 6S plus - T-Mobile . I received the best service one can ask for , i sent about 5 Emails ,on various issues and thou the response was a bet slow but all my queries were responded too and my phone was Unlocked within the expected time of 10 Days, thanks Chronic Unlock. Be careful with fake reviews .

Trustworthy and Effective!!! Great site to get your unlock. My iPhone 5S was ATT locked and I got it unlocked here. This service worked perfectly! I was surprised how good and how quick the service was, being so nervous to trust. My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. That was it.
