It works! Won my loyalty with his customer service. I recently used the Economy Service to unlock an iPhone 4 with ChronicUnlocks. It took longer than expected, but the service was completed. With such high demand for his service, you have to understand they are short staffed. However, Mr. Strafach and gang work hard to ensure customers are satisfied. I highly appreciated the time and efforts in making sure things worked well for my situation. You can rest assured knowing he will fulfill his side of the service.

Finally they kept their word. Happy for their timely help I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. This service worked perfectly! I was surprised how good and how quick the service was, being so nervous to trust. My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. That was it.

Didn't provide what they promised. Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.
