Be prepared to wait for iCloud removal. The company and Will are great and extremely polite. However their iCloud removal service took an extremely long time to the point where I just decided to send Apple the invoice instead and have it removed rather than wait any longer. Didn't take long to get a refund, which was cool. Don't let the iCloud issue affect how you view Chronic Unlocks though, every other unlocking service they provide is legit and works without issue :)

Worth the wait Having tried several other so called legit companies, I decided to give it one more try to unlock my at&t locked iphone. With Chronic unlocks I had to wait longer than the "average completion time" however when I inquired via email I received a prompt response from Will. I ended up waiting over a month rather than the 10 days (average) that was quoted however at the end of the day I now have a working iphone. Thanks guys.

Trustworthy and Effective!!! Great site to get your unlock. My iPhone 5S was ATT locked and I got it unlocked here. The customer service was exceptional and I never felt scared that it might be a scam (like I felt with some other sites on previous unlocks). Now to Chronic Unlocks: Thank you very much! (Being deployed overseas, I need the fastest, newest phone to communicate better and keep in touch with my family; local phone call price compared to $2.99 USD/per minute with ATT would make life that much more stressful and having to cut the calls short saying that I can't stay long on the call, with family I don't even get to see enough!) Finally my softbank Iphone is unlocked! I am really happy finally my Iphone is unlocked. This is my second time to use unlocking provider, which was before completely useless (different provider)...it did within time frame even faster...I had already hopeless if they couldn't do it as my iphone is from Softbank and they well known have really strict rule for unlocking their mobile

Long wait and expensive, but unlocked as promised. Highly recommend!! Hopefully this review saves people some time and alleviates some concerns about being scammed. I spent two days resesrching different unlock methods and websites promising to unlock my Iphone (4s) and after combing through tons of reviews, I settled on Chronic Unlocks. Bottom line is that it definitely works as advertised and is not a scam. They said it would take 5-15 business days to unlock my specific model and they delivered in 7. Would I prefer it to be free and faster? Sure...but thanks to Apple and/or At&t that's no longer possible. I'm just happy it worked and wasn't a scam like many of the other sites out there.
