Finally my softbank Iphone is unlocked! I am really happy finally my Iphone is unlocked. This is my second time to use unlocking provider, which was before completely useless (different provider)...it did within time frame even faster...I had already hopeless if they couldn't do it as my iphone is from Softbank and they well known have really strict rule for unlocking their mobile

My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. Be prepared to wait for iCloud removal. The company and Will are great and extremely polite. However their iCloud removal service took an extremely long time to the point where I just decided to send Apple the invoice instead and have it removed rather than wait any longer. Didn't take long to get a refund, which was cool. Don't let the iCloud issue affect how you view Chronic Unlocks though, every other unlocking service they provide is legit and works without issue :)
