This service worked perfectly! I was surprised how good and how quick the service was, being so nervous to trust. My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. That was it.

Finally they kept their word. Happy for their timely help I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. Worth the wait Having tried several other so called legit companies, I decided to give it one more try to unlock my at&t locked iphone. With Chronic unlocks I had to wait longer than the "average completion time" however when I inquired via email I received a prompt response from Will. I ended up waiting over a month rather than the 10 days (average) that was quoted however at the end of the day I now have a working iphone. Thanks guys.

Finally my softbank Iphone is unlocked! I am really happy finally my Iphone is unlocked. This is my second time to use unlocking provider, which was before completely useless (different provider)...it did within time frame even faster...I had already hopeless if they couldn't do it as my iphone is from Softbank and they well known have really strict rule for unlocking their mobile
