This service worked perfectly! I was surprised how good and how quick the service was, being so nervous to trust. My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. That was it.

Finally they kept their word. Happy for their timely help I was disapponted when it has been a week which is outside the te window ( 1-3 business days) that they mentioned on their site. But has requested them to consider my ticket on priority and there they go within a day the admin assures me that the unlock will be done by EOD. Just after few hours after that mail received another mail saying that my phone is successfully unlocked. Checked with an international sim and it's absolutely working fine. Thanks a lot chronic unlocks team. I would recommend your service to others.

Didn't provide what they promised. Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.

40$ is worth every penny I had purchased Iphone5s from Ebay, and unfortunately it was locked with AT&T.. As I was leaving US, tried hard to get it unlocked by contacting the seller, but no luck. After going through reviews and searching in google, I tumbled upon Chronic Unlocks. Requested for unlock and they processed it in right time and has helpful in providing support for any query. As Great as advertised!!! I was very skeptical after reading many reviews about unlock scams. Then came across trustpilot and chronic was number one there. I gave chronic a shot. No regrets!!! I used the economy unlock, since chronic themselves recommended it. Plus, they return money, if the economy unlock doesn't work. In my case it worked and was done in less than 5 days( they advertise economy unlock in 5 business days). Thanks guys! Great job!
