Didn't provide what they promised. Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.

Best Service Around After reading negative reviews on this platform ,To be honest i was very skeptical on using chronic Unlock. But after i paid for Unlocking iPhone 6S plus - T-Mobile . I received the best service one can ask for , i sent about 5 Emails ,on various issues and thou the response was a bet slow but all my queries were responded too and my phone was Unlocked within the expected time of 10 Days, thanks Chronic Unlock. Be careful with fake reviews .

Finally my softbank Iphone is unlocked! I am really happy finally my Iphone is unlocked. This is my second time to use unlocking provider, which was before completely useless (different provider)...it did within time frame even faster...I had already hopeless if they couldn't do it as my iphone is from Softbank and they well known have really strict rule for unlocking their mobile

Trustworthy and Effective!!! Great site to get your unlock. My iPhone 5S was ATT locked and I got it unlocked here. The customer service was exceptional and I never felt scared that it might be a scam (like I felt with some other sites on previous unlocks). Now to Chronic Unlocks: Thank you very much! (Being deployed overseas, I need the fastest, newest phone to communicate better and keep in touch with my family; local phone call price compared to $2.99 USD/per minute with ATT would make life that much more stressful and having to cut the calls short saying that I can't stay long on the call, with family I don't even get to see enough!)
