This service worked perfectly! I was surprised how good and how quick the service was, being so nervous to trust. My expected turnaround time was 2 to 5 days but it took just a little over 24 hours (Telus unlock). I didn't need to contact anyone, it just worked as expected. After I received my "iPhone has been unlocked" email from ChronicUnlocks, I just connected my iPhone to the computer, I opened iTunes and was immediately greeted with an "iPhone has been unlocked" message. That was it.

40$ is worth every penny I had purchased Iphone5s from Ebay, and unfortunately it was locked with AT&T.. As I was leaving US, tried hard to get it unlocked by contacting the seller, but no luck. Worth the wait Having tried several other so called legit companies, I decided to give it one more try to unlock my at&t locked iphone. With Chronic unlocks I had to wait longer than the "average completion time" however when I inquired via email I received a prompt response from Will. I ended up waiting over a month rather than the 10 days (average) that was quoted however at the end of the day I now have a working iphone. Thanks guys.

Didn't provide what they promised. Ordered an unlock for my phone over a month ago, their website says 1-5 days wait, and I've heard nothing back. I've emailed their support a number of times and they don't provide any meaningful answer. Just a generic email saying their reviewing my request, 2 weeks later still no real answer. Even if they eventually do get me an unlock code it's been well beyond what their website says. I wasted my hard-earned money.

Trustworthy and Effective!!! Great site to get your unlock. My iPhone 5S was ATT locked and I got it unlocked here. The customer service was exceptional and I never felt scared that it might be a scam (like I felt with some other sites on previous unlocks). Now to Chronic Unlocks: Thank you very much! (Being deployed overseas, I need the fastest, newest phone to communicate better and keep in touch with my family; local phone call price compared to $2.99 USD/per minute with ATT would make life that much more stressful and having to cut the calls short saying that I can't stay long on the call, with family I don't even get to see enough!)
