With Sheldons help we were set up within 10 minutes, as a non-profit this technology is a godsend, and hopefully opens up our webpage to more of the community that we are aiming to serve. BEWARE---900% price increase Great app. We've been using them for a couple years and have been very happy with the software. I was just notified our pricing has increased from $149/month to $1,500/month! I've used all kinds of software and I've never encountered a 900% price increase! I was given no explanation beyond that our monthly visitors exceeds 100k and that I had until the end of the month to pay up of the app will disconnect. Great software ==> Rotten followup and sales practices.

Accesibe's team and their willingness… Accesibe's team and their willingness to include is absolutely remarkable. Sheldon, Adam, Michael. You all are incredible and your parents are awfully proud. As for the widget, it's outstanding, I would write a review about the widget itself but I am not a user simply a host of the widget. However, i can speak to the impact it will have on our clients using our website. These are clients with an autism spectrum disorder and/or a learning disability. I discovered AccessiBe a few years ago… I discovered AccessiBe a few years ago as a Speech-Language Pathologist and site developer helping other SLPs with their websites. It is just as critical today as it was then to make sure all sites are fully accessible to those who wish to access them. Thus, I highly recommend AccessiBe and their team. They are kind, helpful, and are making tangible change for those they represent (those who don't always have a voice). I greatly support them and all they represent!

Excellent Customer Service Needed to use this company because someone filed a lawsuit against us for our website not being ADA-compliant for the Blind. Nobody ever called us to tell us they were having trouble on our site - they just decided to take us to court instead!! Idiot. Anyways, was having trouble installing the widget on our site to make this service work for us... but after literally several long hours working with Matt - we finally got it! He was SO patient and very knowledgeable, and we kept trying things until we made it work. Thanks very much for the Excellent Customer Service Team!
