With Sheldons help we were set up within 10 minutes, as a non-profit this technology is a godsend, and hopefully opens up our webpage to more of the community that we are aiming to serve. I discovered AccessiBe a few years ago… I discovered AccessiBe a few years ago as a Speech-Language Pathologist and site developer helping other SLPs with their websites. Excellent Customer Service Needed to use this company because someone filed a lawsuit against us for our website not being ADA-compliant for the Blind. Nobody ever called us to tell us they were having trouble on our site - they just decided to take us to court instead!! Idiot. Anyways, was having trouble installing the widget on our site to make this service work for us... but after literally several long hours working with Matt - we finally got it! He was SO patient and very knowledgeable, and we kept trying things until we made it work. Thanks very much for the Excellent Customer Service Team!
