USInterface is a bit clunky I had difficulty getting the service setup. Sent one fax then it locked me out, with a message about needing to verify my credit card. Interesting, since I already sent my first fax. The overall look and feel is a bit outdated and cumbersome. Paid for a year. So we will see how it goes.

USGreat product... I have replaced my email ISP with MaxEmail.com and have no regrets. My "other" email is down and has been for awhile. This happens far too often considering I'm talking about a huge company. They don't even know what the problem is, and actually, don't seem to be too interested in getting my email service back up and running. So I went looking for an alternative. I found mail.com and then went further and signed up for MaxEmail.com. My emails are always there, never get error messages... IT'S WONDERFUL! Especially since I'm starting an online business... having excellent, and more importantly to me, dependable email service is a must. Thank you!!!

USAffordable and easy We just got rid of our fax line due to cost and since we rarely used it. MaxEmail was a more affordable option to our occasional need for a fax line. It was easy to set up and the videos made using the website simple. Wrote up the directions for all the employees and it has worked great so far.

THMaxEmail has served us well for more than a decade I just established a new account with MaxEmail, for a new company we founded. However, we've been using the service for our previous company for more than a decade. MaxEmail allows us to travel for business without worrying whether we'll be able to receive and send communications. Honestly, we couldn't live without it!

USNeeds better options for small businesses I think the service is great although as faxing fades, it is hard to say this service is a true value anymore. There should be better options for pricing for a two or three person office, which would also make managing the various lines a bit easier.
