Superb value At $24/year, this just cannot be beat. I can fax a document just by emailing it to a maxemail address. I can give people a maxemail phone number and anything they fax to me shows up in my email. No need to go through any proprietary web interface --- the email-to-fax gateway works so well, works with my existing email, is reliable, and is well supported. When my credit card expired, getting the service unstuck was a snap --- the web link in the email notification just worked. Truly a great service.

Low cost, convenient and reliable online fax service I opened at account with MaxEmail to send a one time international fax. After my initial usage, I was impressed with the low cost for fax overall. The service is great, it make multiple retries automatically, and the report has all the details needed to follow up with the recipient. Everything is available online, which makes it convenient to access it on-the-go. I now use MaxEmail as my primary fax for incoming and outgoing fax.

Easy to use I was able to send a fax as soon as I finished completing my account setup. It was easy to figure out, though I wonder if it is possible to send faxes directly from email rather than having to sign in. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!

PDF, need I say more? Although as a Realtor I sometimes have had to fax over 100 pages at a time (limit here is 99), on a normal basis MaxEmail does everything i need it to - it's convenient for people to send me messages and i don't have to scan them to send them on or keep a record of them - they are already in PDF format! Thanks, MaxEmail!

Smooth Transition Very good communication during transition from customer service agent. Slow to finalize from old carrier to new. Said it was due to the company that they work with to port numbers over. . Went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. So far, very smooth and I'm receiving my faxes and able to send with no issues.
