no confirmation of services email ever… no confirmation of services email ever sent out....ftp services constantly boot due to an ""ip ban"" tickets answered with a bot answer ......service generally is crap sorry....ppl need info sent to email after for not only reciept purposes but also info for rcon/ftp installing mods is imposible with it banning the ip ??

For 7DtD For 7DtD, this is a pretty solid server host. There were a few minor issues that couldn't be resolved--however compared to my last server host, ActiveGameHost servers are a blessing; I no longer get random disconnection issues. The control panel is user friendly, I do wish there were more guides on their site though. Also, their friendly support staff usually respond pretty fast depending on the time and day so that's a plus. Some of the addons are a little pricey, but I was suggested by their support that it's only needed for high populated servers. Give em' a go if you're interested, you don't have much to lose as they offer a 3 day refund policy (as I was told).

Ive been here 3 in different events Ive been here 3 in different events, and always have great support, servers are stable and lag free. (only some times you get little lag spikes) Cost is good, could do better instead of 25 people increase (smaller packages for friends that are not over 25 or 50), but I understand the business works this way.

I live in Alaska, where connection speed and lag time can be an real issue, and so I was concerned about choosing a server location that provide the best connection speeds and least lag. The folks at ActiveGameHost were able to help make an informed decision via free testing of server locations for 24 hours prior to choosing a location for my servers. The up times on the two clustered servers I use has been great, any back-end maintenance to be performed has always been announced well in advance. I have nothing but praise for this company.
