Best in Class In life you get to understand that nothing is perfect. A toaster can have issues. Well my setup had issues. The reason I am offering 5 stars is that things happen, but for the value of service this place is amazing. Exceptionally fast turn around time on tickets and exceptional customer service in a world where a ticket will normally get you a 24-48 hour wait time. Once up and running this has been exceptionally smooth. I've used the service in the past and I have never felt I received a better bang for the buck than with Active GameHost.

I live in Alaska, where connection speed and lag time can be an real issue, and so I was concerned about choosing a server location that provide the best connection speeds and least lag.
