Excellent Product and Support Had an issue with an image I was attempting to upscale and Gabriela via the support chat was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue with good turn around. Upscaled images are excellent. Great work to this team creating a very easy to use and valuable product!

Incredible software, highly recommend Incredible software. Professionally speaking it's life saving. Can't recommend enough. Don't expect magic because there is a limit to how much you can upscale, and you obviously get visible artifacts. If you're looking for high quality printing this won't do the job - but neither is supposed to. Most of the time results are almost perfect and very little and not noticeable artifacts. Can't live without it.

Gabriella is my hero Gabriella is my hero! And I see that I am not the only one - which doesn't surprise me. She went the extra mile to help me with an unusual question. (I will be bringing Let's Enhance into my classroom at the University of Utah.) She made me feel like I was working with a friend :) I wish there was more I could do to say thank you - so nice to work with a wonderful human who really cares! :)

Adds black background to transparent… Adds a black background to transparent images. Uhhh ... that's changing the images, not enhancing it. When choosing remove background (and clip to object) it 'eats' the edges of the already transparent background. waste of time of trying of a supposedly good AI tool
