A Complete Scam Absolutely terrible experience with both the product AND customer service. The projects are poor quality and the videos are so hard to understand. Don’t waste your time or money. Furthermore, the customer service rep held me hostage for 7 months and refused to give me back my $1,680, even though I asked for a refund within the 30-day full refund period. They were extremely unresponsive, and eventually I had to go to my credit card company to dispute with all the receipts. Soon after, they gave me the refund. I will never support a company that performs such business malpractices. Save your money, save your energy. I can’t stand scammy companies.
