Furthermore, the customer service rep held me hostage for 7 months and refused to give me back my $1,680, even though I asked for a refund within the 30-day full refund period. They were extremely unresponsive, and eventually I had to go to my credit card company to dispute with all the receipts. Soon after, they gave me the refund.
