Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. The Greatest. Honestly the best and most personal service for server hosting that I have ever gotten. The staff are very prompt and always fix the small problems that (hardly) occur. The servers themselves have a 100% uptime for myself and they are always willing to help me create new instances when I need them. I honestly couldn’t reccommend the services more.
