Excellent Support Support team is excellent and works to resolve issues. Due to the smaller nature of the support team, everybody may not be available immediately but I've usually been able to have my issues resolved very quickly.

Above and beyond level of support and service We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community. Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. fair pricing and excellent service i was looking for a small squad server to host for me and my friends (10-20 players). pricing was excellent ($16USD) for what i was looking for along with host location. ran into some trouble as it was my first time ever messing with stuff like server config files and what not. i opened a ticket on the discord and fox was very helpful. very knowledgeable and professional. fox was able to help me bypass all my issues in less than 10 minutes. overall very satisfied with my purchase.
