Great staff team dedicated to their customers The staff team at PSG was really great at assisting us when we were experiencing some performance issues. Fox approached our situation methodically and went above and beyond to deliver us the best solution for our situation!

Above and beyond level of support and service We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community. Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. What was previously an interim option; our experience with PSG Hosting has been an eye-opener for what server providers should be. Their 'give a damn' attitude for all the questions and problems we had has opted us to stay on their service for the long term. It been great It been great, the servers are Great and cheaper then there competitors. The only problem I'd say are with some of the Minecraft mod pack aren't the best with servers
