Above and beyond level of support and service We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community. Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. What was previously an interim option; our experience with PSG Hosting has been an eye-opener for what server providers should be. When looking for a server provider… When looking for a server provider most have all the same gear. What really stands apart from the rest is the downtime and the customer service. PSG has gone out of there way to make us feel like our server is in good hands and is always available to answer any and all questions promptly and honestly.

Best provider and amazing support ! New to the world of dedicated servers and modding, I needed to create a server squad to play with friends in COOP and some specific mods. Total neophyte, after having tried several services and providers with whom the configuration was too complex or where mods were not supported, I was recommended PSG, and I must say I am VERY VERY happy to have stumbled on them. The price is quite affordable, the interface is easy to use, and most of all ... the support is just incredible! Very attentive, always available, very friendly, caring, always eager to provide you with the best possible service. There was a slight hitch with the creation of my server, which caused a minimal delay in delivery, not even 1 hour. They instantly came to apologize, to tell me that they were sorry that this happened in my first experience with them, that they were ready to refund me if I wanted to etc... These guys are just great! They are passionate about making sure that everything goes well for you, and they want to provide you with the best possible service. They helped me to set up the server, the mods, to set up everything correctly. As a result today everything works and I can play with my friends. Great performance and attentive staff Server performance has been amazing and they have been responsive to everything we have asked of them. Even when it is at odd hours. Would definitely recommend them!

It been great It been great, the servers are Great and cheaper then there competitors. The only problem I'd say are with some of the Minecraft mod pack aren't the best with servers
