Above and beyond level of support and service We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community. Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. What was previously an interim option; our experience with PSG Hosting has been an eye-opener for what server providers should be. Their 'give a damn' attitude for all the questions and problems we had has opted us to stay on their service for the long term.
