Above and beyond level of support and service We chose PSG-Hosting originally as an interim solution as they provided reasonably priced servers to jumpstart a Squad small community. Quite frankly, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance their servers provided and the level of support provided by the PSG staff. The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. Excellent Support Support team is excellent and works to resolve issues. Due to the smaller nature of the support team, everybody may not be available immediately but I've usually been able to have my issues resolved very quickly.
