There was a slight hitch with the creation of my server, which caused a minimal delay in delivery, not even 1 hour. They instantly came to apologize, to tell me that they were sorry that this happened in my first experience with them, that they were ready to refund me if I wanted to etc... These guys are just great! They are passionate about making sure that everything goes well for you, and they want to provide you with the best possible service. They helped me to set up the server, the mods, to set up everything correctly. As a result today everything works and I can play with my friends. It been great It been great, the servers are Great and cheaper then there competitors. The only problem I'd say are with some of the Minecraft mod pack aren't the best with servers
