The PSG staff has always been quick to respond to assist and/or resolve server-related issues; and have gone above and beyond to find solutions in issues we have deemed to be unresolvable. Easy to use interfaces, superb if not the best customer support I've ever had for a server, and a stable connection for my community to play on! It been great It been great, the servers are Great and cheaper then there competitors. The only problem I'd say are with some of the Minecraft mod pack aren't the best with servers
