The servers themselves have a 100% uptime for myself and they are always willing to help me create new instances when I need them. I honestly couldn’t reccommend the services more.

Excellent Support Support team is excellent and works to resolve issues. Due to the smaller nature of the support team, everybody may not be available immediately but I've usually been able to have my issues resolved very quickly.
