I received help from email support and when they were not able to help me, the escalated things to a conference call with top people in the support chain. They are very helpful and want to see that fourthwall users have the best experience possible.

10/10 for my art designs shop I've used Fourthwall for a little bit over 5 months, and it's really spectacular. I cannot recommend them enough. I really love being able to create a shop with my colors and images without needing to learn to code. It's totally unique and perfect for my community. My fans have also loved the quality of the products they've bought on Fourthwall. I currently sell stickers, hats, and shirts through Fourthwall. I also sell prints (that I make and ship from my home). In the first 3 days on the platform, I made more the double whatever I've ever made using any other service. I LOVE Fourthwall. Team is super helpful and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough to other artists like myself.
