Their price to performance is unmatched elsewhere and I'm yet to encounter an issue with the network. However, I have 2 5600x dedis and both were having serious thermal issues in their stock configuration (High 80°C - low 90) at 30% cpu load. Thankfully, I was able to contact support regarding this matter and on both occasions they upgraded the server cooling solution rather promptly. Overall, I'd recommend giving rs a try, I haven't had any issues with support, reliability and their price to performance is unmatched.
