Never had an issue so far. Honestly, I haven't had any issues with ReliableSite, over the past 4 years of using them they have been fantastic with providing services that I need. Sometimes its just for a month sometimes its not. I do genuinely think if you need a server for mild items such as a Game Server or Website Hosting, there the way to go.

Great prices, but support is trash These guys have some of the most competitive pricing in terms of dedicated servers, but the support is absolutely trash when you need it. Don't get fooled by the fast response and live chat you get presales as it's nothing like that once you become a paying customer. Their ticket support system is horrible, their server management tools are unreliable and their response time is not to be trusted if you are running mission critical services on their servers. If they improve their tools and support process I will update this review to a higher star rating, but for now customers need to be aware.
